Terms and conditions:

1.   Applying for booking made and staying date from 01/01/2025 till 31/05/2025.

2.   Surcharge Public Holiday (01/01/2025, 28/01 – 03/02/2025, 30/04 - 04/05/2025): 500,000vnd/room night

3.   Promotion rate is applied for FIT & GIT bookings.

4.   Not combined with any another promotions.

5.   Cancellation policy: Booking is non-refundable. Amendment requests is subject to room availability.

6.   Payment policy: Full payment is required for promotion rate within 7 days prior to arrival date.

Rate inclusive:

-          Breakfast at East Garden restaurant at 3rd floor

-          Free using fitness center and swimming pool at 6th floor , 40th floor

-          Complimentary tea, coffee and mineral water as standard

-          Free using internet access - Includes service charge and VAT v   Additional information:

-          Complimentary 02 children under 6 years/room sharing bed with parents including breakfast.

-          Breakfast surcharge 130,000vnd/night for children from 6-11 yrs sharing bed with parents.

-          The room can accommodate up to a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old or 3 adults (compulsory extra bed for 3th adult is required). Each room can be set up maximum 01 extra bed (except Family Ocean View room).

-          Maximum occupancy for Family Ocean View is 03 adults and 02 children.  

-          Extra bed for adult and child above 12years old is applied at 550,000vnd/bed/night with breakfast.
